- Linens, towels included (not beach towels), Laundry Room is on-site (Coin operated $1.50 each in quarters)
- Beach front area has POOL, BBQ grill, fire pit, lounge chairs, beach chairs, tables, picnic table & hammock for all guests.

OFF SEASON RATES (SEP-JAN) $775/week, $2500/month
Add $99 clean fee, $75/pet + tax, Holidays add $100/week
