All properties are PET FRIENDLY & no smoking.

Any size & number of PETS ADORED with small cleaning fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Any prices do not include $50-99 departure/administration fee and 11% FLA state tax.

All rentals Sat to Sat except FALL. Add 10% for any Holidays. Rate subject to change.

To Reqest a Bungalow Reservation:

• Make an Online Reservation Request
• $200.00 deposit at time of booking.
• Reservations payable in cash, personal check, Discover, Visa or Mastercard.

Balance Due:

• No later than 30 days prior to check-in for bookings between April - December
• No later that 45 days prior to check-in for bookings between January - March.
• Reservations will AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL if balance is not paid when due.

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations made prior to the "Balance Due" time, full refund of deposit will be given minus a $45.00 service fee.
• For cancellations made after the "Balance Due" time, no refunds are given unless we re-book the bungalow.

Travel Insurance:

• Recommended for all guests
• Is 7% of the total rental
• Full refund of total given (Travel insurance cost not refunded)

To Make your Reservation:

• Send us an Online Reservation Request; Call or e-mail to check availability
• Need credit card #, Expiration Date & 3-digit security code on the back of the credit card
• Need your name, guest's names, visitor's names, address, phone number, and e-mail
